Superman, Help Us! - Birthday Party Game
Divide the group into 2 teams and let them know that they must go into a closet, room or create a phone booth and put on the Superman and Clark Kent outfit. Then they must return to their team to complete a challenge!
So have them go and put on a Superman shirt and a cape for Superman (you need one set of clothes per team) and then have a dress shirt, tie (optional), glasses and a hat.
Now have the child run back to the team and announce “Superman we need your help, Lex Luthor is robbing the bank.” Then the team member must transform from Clark Kent to Superman by taking off the shirt, glasses and hat to reveal Superman. (You may want them to return to the room to do the transformation.
Now off to the side have a place where you have your challenge game with pictures of Superman’s arch enemies. (Lex Luthor, Prankster, Brainiac, General Zod, or general criminals.
Your challenge can be a
Ring Toss – where toss a ring over the villain
Bean Bag Toss – Knock over picture of bad guys or toss bean bag in a bucket
Or create something unique
Once they complete their task, they must gather up Clark Kent’s clothes and run back to the room and leave Superman’s and Clark’s outfits, run back to the line and then tag the next player to go. This continues until everyone has gone.
The extra challenge makes it fun adds time to the game.
