Halloween Scarecrow Relay

Halloween Scarecrow Relay

Supplies: oversized flannel shirts, 2 hats, 2 poles (broom sticks, dowels, yard sticks)

Divide the kids into to two groups and then place ½ of each group at one side of the room and the other half at the other. To start the first player must run from the first group to the second group and put on the flannel shirt, hat and place the pole from arm to arm inside the flannel shirt.

Once this is complete they now run back to the first line and remove the pole, hat and shirt and the next person in the line must put it on and run down to their teammates, this continues until everyone has put on the clothes and been the scarecrow. The first team to complete this wins.

Variation:
Increase difficulty by increasing the distance or placing obstacles for them to run around like a trash can or chair. (Please no jumping or climbing)
