Who Wants To Be The Bride Game
Here's how the "Millionaire" game can be adapted to your wedding shower. Rather than a million dollars, you offer a mystery gift in a nicely wrapped box. First come up with 15 questions about the bride and the groom that will lead to stories about the future couple. Then, get the correct answers from the bride and groom add make up 3 incorrect answers for each question. Before you play, organize the questions from easy to difficult.
When To Play: Before opening gifts everyone is given a sheet numbered 1 through 15 and the letters a, b, c, and d after each number and have each guest put their name on top of the page.
Example:
1. a b c d
2. a b c d
Then read the 1st question and give the 4 answers. For ease of playing put the answers on a large piece of paper for everyone to see (one page per question). Each guest then circle the letter that matches the answer that they believe to be correct, it should take 15-30 seconds. Now continue this until all 15 questions have been read. (This method allows everyone to participate and answer the questions.)
Once you have read and everyone answers the questions, the scoring comes in. Have guests all seated and trade sheets for scoring. Now start with question one and read it, list the answer and have the bride to be announce the correct answer. If there is a story she can share.
Now everyone who got the answer correct remains seated.
If a guest got the answer wrong – their answer sheet is return and they must stand and move to the side.
Now continue to proceed to question number 2, 3, 4… all the way up 15 (if you still have contestants left.
Most likely you will be down to 3 – 5 guests by the time you get to question 10. If the last 2 or 3 people all lose on the same turn, continue using the remaining questions as tie breakers until there is one winner. If more than one person answers all 15 questions correctly than use a tie breaker question like…
