Baby Shower Price is Right Game

Go to the store and buy various baby or new mom items. Diapers, formulas, baby wipes, vitamins for mom, etc… (fyi after the game these will be given to the mom-to-be).

After you buy the items save the receipt. Now number each item and list the price on a corresponding index card, write the price large enough so that when you reveal the price everyone in the room can see the answer. (To make life easier write the product on the card too, so you don’t get them mixed up. This only needs to be read by the person running the game.

Now continue presenting items and have people guessing the price. We recommend 5 - 6 items before you narrow the field again.

Now take the two contestants with the highest point totals and move them into the showcase showdown round.

At this point showcase a wonderful gift pack or group of items based around relaxation (candle, bubble bath…), gourmet meal (wine & a gift card), have some fun with it.

Let both guest know that this fabulous prize can be theirs if the Price is Right. The person who has the most points goes first (if there is a tie – Oldest first) and share what they believe is the price of all the items in the prize once the bid is given then the other contestant offers their bid.

The person closest to the price without going over wins the gift, if both go over ask them to both resubmit their bids or don’t give out a prize and announce that the prize moves on to the next game.
